Join us for an online weekend of light-hearted yogic laughter sessions to discover how intentional, proactive laughter can lead to “being happy for no reason”. 

Explore the spiritual and metaphysical foundations of Laugha Yoga through selections from A Course in Miracles on laughter and other lessons. With an understanding of the spiritual underpinnings of Laugha Yoga we can reach a profound level of peace, joy, and relaxation. 

Practicing Laugha Yoga can help us re-open our “Clown Chakra,” which we enjoyed as children.

In this program you will:

  • Learn how laughter can be used as a form of social Yoga effortlessly spreading social health in the world
  • Discover why prolonged intentional laughter is a therapeutic communication method
  • Learn to apply the forgiveness principle to increase your experience of love and laughter
  • How to use Laugha Yoga in our daily lives and laugh despite it all
  • Learn simple laughter practices we can do at home, in the car or anywhere we find ourselves often losing our joy and light-heartedness
  • Release the imprisoned splendor within and boost your aliveness, vitality, and fun

Presenter

E-RYT 200, CLYT Bharata Wingham

Bharata Wingham, E-RYT 200, CLYT, is a longtime student of A Course in Miracles, having studied and worked with it daily since 1980.

For thirteen years, he produced and hosted a television program, A Course in Miracles Study Group, which was distributed in the US and abroad. While conducting numerous programs and workshops, he authored the book, An Ancient New Idea: A Primer on A Course in Miracles. He is also the author of Laugha Yoga: Combining the Joy of Laughter with the Bliss of Yoga.

A Laughter Ambassador, he has trained hundreds of Laugha Yoga Leaders and led thousands of people through Laugha Yoga® sessions, a philosophy of spontaneous self liberation.

Bharata is also an Integral Yoga instructor, guiding students in physical postures, deep relaxation, and meditation.
